  1. I agree with Victor in that there isn’t an IP Agent in Kenya meant to serve SMEs save for the three private firms mentioned by the Author. The main challenge has been that the industry is young and does not have enough clients to sustain an independent firm.

    Random Fork IP is newest having been established in June, 2013 but since it has targeted youth and SMEs its clientele base has rapidly grown from zero to twenty five in less than six months showing that the IP industry has potential to grow.

    Information sharing and marketing via website is very crucial and I wish to support Victor that sites of these important IP Agents need to be updated and provide more information than they currently do. I as CEO of Random Forks IP have taken note of that and will act appropriately.
